SARBA holds two shows each year and publishes show results, articles on raising rabbits, date and locations of upcoming shows and other related items. Many of our members are heavily involved with the 4H and FFA programs in Bexar and surrounding counties

Welcome to the Wonderful World of Rabbits.  The membership of the San Antonio Rabbit Breeders Association (SARBA) welcome and invite you to join them in owning, raising or just learning more about rabbits. The club is chartered under the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA) and the Texas Rabbit Breeders Association (TRBA). The club's objective is to help its' membership (particularly new or prospective members) in their efforts in raising, caring and breeding rabbits for pet, show, meat or fur production. The club publishes a newsletter monthly to help keep our members informed. The club normally meets in a general membership on the third Monday of each month with the exception of December and the months in which our shows and banquet are held. A program is normally held at the general meeting which is informative or instructional to help the membership. The membership meetings are held at the Herman Sons Community Center at 210 Bauman Street in Kirby at 7:00 p.m. The club also has a Youth Division for members under the age of 19. The president appoints an adult Youth Division Committee and its chairperson (an adult Youth Director) to help the youth operate and progress to function as a separate entity much as possible. The Youth Division has three elected officers: Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and a recording secretary. To become a member, complete the form and pay the dues as indicated.  Send membership form to the Secretary.
